Terms of service
These terms describe the rules for using Wekly and its connected integrations.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account, password, calendar credentials, and connection tokens secure. Information supplied when registering must be accurate, and you must be legally able to agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Wekly, attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with the service, circumvent security controls, or use connected tools for unlawful or abusive activity.
Your content and connected actions
You retain responsibility for the planner content you add. When you authorise Codex, ChatGPT, a calendar provider, or another integration, actions taken through that connection are treated as actions authorised by your account. Review ambiguous or important changes before confirming them.
Service availability
Wekly may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may occasionally be unavailable. Features that depend on third-party providers are also subject to those providers’ availability and terms.
Payments
Paid features are processed through Stripe. Prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship applications are reviewed before publication and are not guaranteed to be accepted. Wekly may reject or remove misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable creative, including gambling, payday lending, adult content, scams, and misleading crypto promotions. Packages are paid when submitted and held for review; rejected submissions are refunded automatically. Sponsors are responsible for their creative, destination pages, and legal compliance.
Liability
Wekly is a planning tool and is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
